Melissa is the Showroom Manager with over 12 years experience in customer service with a number of those being specifically in management. As showroom manager Mel oversees a seamless and smooth pathway from sale to delivery liaising between customers, designers, suppliers and our installers. She has a real can do attitude and finds nothing too much trouble. Time spent away from work Mel enjoys parkrun and going on long walks with her dog Floss.
Nina is our Showroom Assistant with over 20 years experience in office administration. Nina has a warm friendly personality which means our customers feel truly at ease when they walk through the door. Nina enjoys walks on the beach and has a love for arts & crafts.
Ross is our Operations Manager, he has been working in this role over 13 years, specialising in kitchens as well as home offices and bedrooms. Ross heads up our busy day to day care of new and existing customers ensuring that the communication from showroom, designers, installers and clients is maintained as a first class service. Ross has a can do attitude with his extrovert and confident personality he overseas all of our beautiful installations from start to finish. When Ross is away from work he loves spending time with his young family and is also a very avid golfer.
Designers
Iain is one of our designers, he has been working in the kitchen industry for over 15 years.
He has an artistic flare when it comes to kitchens, he has a passion for design and loves to create something a little different from the ordinary.
When it comes to kitchen design Iain will see the process through from start to finish including liasing with the clients, showroom and the installation team.
Iain's time away from work is spent with his young family and he is an avid coffee enthusiast always looking to try a new coffee spot.
Steve is an excellent designer, with over 15 year’s experience. He has worked on numerous project types in the industry, including a development of 29 luxury apartments on Portsmouth waterfront.
Steve strives to create the perfect space tailored to suit each client’s requirements. He pays particular attention to their lifestyle and tastes resulting in exceptional bespoke designs.
Outside of work, Steve can be found travelling around the world with his family, enjoying muddy walks with his dog and socialising with friends.
Erin is one of our designers and has been in the kitchen industry for 8 years. She has a passion for creating a clients dream kitchen. Erin loves working through the whole process from home measure, to design and seeing the dream kitchen come to life. During the design phase Erin likes to ensure the design meets each client’s individual needs, from practicality to aesthetics, making their kitchen uniquely theirs and one the client can enjoy spending time in, for years to come. In her time away from work, Erin is kept busy with her two daughters and newest addition to the family, Eevee the cockerpoo dog.
Mushtak is a seasoned kitchen designer with over 2 decades of experience transforming spaces.
More than a profession - it’s a passion cultivated over 20 years, marked by meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to complete customer satisfaction.
Outside of crafting dream kitchens, Mushtak enjoys spending time with his wife of 20 years and two teenage children.
Mushtak also finds relaxation and enjoyment on the golf course.
Allie is one of our designers with 7 years experience within the industry. She discovered her love of all things interiors very early on and went to achieve a degree in Textile Design followed by a Diploma in Interior Design. Allie enjoys the whole process from meeting customers in the showroom to designing spaces that are not only highly functional but bespoke to every client. In Allie's spare time she enjoys travelling the world, spending time with friends & family and brunching at Josie's.
Paul Turner & Andy Barwell are the owners of Turnwell Traditional Kitchens. The duo have over 30 years of experience in the kitchen industry, they bring a wealth of knowledge and innovation to your home. Andy & Paul jointly own 4 Kutchenhaus Showrooms in Chichester, Whiteley, Petersfield & Romsey.
They acknowledged the fact that there was a huge demand for handcrafted British kitchens .To ensure they can meet any customers requirements they created Turnwell Traditional Kitchens. This means we can now offer truly bespoke hand crafted kitchens.
