Behind the doors

All our kitchens doors are complemented by 18mm rigid carcasses in 32 different egger finishes (or veneer depending on carcass package) , with 50mm service gaps behind the solid back panels.
There are 3 different options for our carcass packages, with more bespoke tailor made options also available.
We also offer various corner solutions, pull outs and storage solutions to make even the smallest of space accessible!

Classic Cabinet Construction
 

Unless you elect an upgrade, our classic cabinet construction method is our staple, go to product. The same attention to detail and craftsmanship, this robust, rigid and fully assembled cabinet construction method uses high quality materials such as Egger furniture board and Blum components and has the following notable specifications …

  • 18mm Egger high density chipboard throughout (32 different decors; 19 Plain, 10 Woodgrain, 1 Metallic Effect and 2 Fabric Effect).

  • Cam and dowel joint method (enabling fitter to deconstruct if obstacles encountered).

  • Durable 1mm ABS edging throughout.

  • Classic carcase adjustable leg bearing cabinet legs.

  • Blum Light Grey Antaro full extension soft close drawer boxes (optional upgrade to Glass sides on pan drawers).

  • Nickel Plated shelf supports.

  • Blum integrated soft close hinges (cruciform hinge plates).

  • Oak dovetail drawer boxes on full extension, soft close runners available as an upgrade.

  • Libra H2 concealed wall hanging brackets rated to 150Kg per pair.

  • All units are assembled and wirework and corner optimisers fully fitted and tested (Some cabinets are supplied flat pack due to access issues (i.e. Corner L Base), or fragile (i.e. Fridge Freezer Housing))

The Classic Cabinet Construction is especially well suited to Lay On kitchens, but can also be the basis of an In-Frame kitchen.

Modern Premium Lite Cabinet Construction



Sitting in between the Classic and the Premium, the Modern Premium Lite is a cabinet based on the Classic Cabinet decors, but with the features of the Modern Premium cabinet. In effect, we are offering the less expensive furniture board decors and a small uplift to cover the additional features of the Modern Premium Cabinet to achieve a cost effective contemporary cabinet. The Modern Premium Lite cabinet has the following notable specifications …

All the benefits of our classic construction with the luxury of real wood veneer cabinets. Profiled shelving, recessed shelf supports and hinge cover caps add to the opulence. When combined with oak dovetail drawer boxes, each cabinet takes on the appearance of a piece of individually crafted furniture, with the following notable specifications …

  • 19mm Oak Veneered MDF constructions throughout.

  • Coated in durable 20% sheen clear lacquer.

  • Cam and dowel joint method (enabling fitter to deconstruct if obstacles encountered).

  • Blum integrated soft close hinges with concealed hinge plate and hinge arm and boss cover caps.

  • Recessed nickel shelf support sleeves and pegs.

  • Aesthetically pleasing wide foot load bearing legs.

  • Can be specified with upgraded Solid oak dovetail drawers on Blum full extension soft close runners to match, or Antaro and Legrabox drawers.

  • 5mm solid oak front edge to shelves with profile detail.
